I have been with IXHosting for about 2 years now I believe. For some reason I am always managing to mess things up and IX guys are always there to quickly help me in any way that I need. When you said, ``I am with you, take your time`` I about lost it. Any time I work to solve the mysteries of the web/internet it is stressful. When I saw, ``I am with you`` I had a sense that I really do have your help. So many companies dial back their customer support to the point that you`d be lucky to get an answer within 45 min. Thanks IX and Dima for helping me solve my problem. I followed his detailed instructions and changed my IP number last night myself in my control panel. My site was down for a few hours but this morning I woke up to a new IP working just fine and free from interference from another website using my IP.

Disastrous experience: I placed two hosting accounts at IX Hosting - a cloud server and a Unlimited Pro. The cloud was costing me about $500 per month and it was terribly poor and support was near the same. I switched away after 4 weeks to softsyshosting - and they are awesome! I`m moving my regular Unlimited Pro too though to InMotion because IX spam filtering is the most useless service ever, letting through over 100 spam emails per day, I find their cPanel extremely antiquated and entirely lacking of features or ability to configure. And again support ticket response times for the general hosting services are in my opinion poor (response times are measured in hours IE: 8-10 hours!)

I do not like the services of IXWEBHOSTING COMPANY as my exp with the company?s services was not good. In the last 8 days, everything was almost over, like on 23 Mar 1st incident happened, the company?s servers goes down for complete 3 days and so my website also goes down. I told them my issue, they just felt sorry for the same, apologized and moved on. On 26 Mar, after three days no improvement from their side, servers were still down and so with the site. No e-mail and no web hosting services. From last three days, my lucrative blog was gone black. I got very frustrated as it affects the working so much because all my data i.e. database of word press, website data all stored on the company?s server and I am feeling very helpless, so now I am planning to move everything to the new web hosting company.

I would like to rate ix webhosting good level of grade as well as marks. Two years ago, I started using the services of this company and like other people, I found it simply amazing. Recently, the provider puts limit on some of their services like on hosting account domain name is available at free of cost but this deal is applicable to only old customers. If they found anything wrong or suspicious with the website, they inform regarding the same immediately. They also made updating to the servers instantly. Like few days back, on my rail web site, I required to run the ruby in the new version as the prior version is version 4.1 so I request them and they have updated the same in just few min. This is a great web host.

IX Web hosting web site is just too good. It contain all the required and important info related to web hosting, which helps the users or visitors of the web site to take the decision in selecting their best plan, as per their need. The info available on the site is reliable and correct...I buy one of their packages after going through their site and used the services. It?s very good that whatever they mention on their site in the form of features such as unlimited bandwidth, unlimited disk space and many more, they are really offered by them with good services. They said that there supporting staff is available 24 hrs a day to help out their customers and yes their staff is really available in the mid of the night also with the day timings...Actually few days back I got some issue with the security certificate of my web site and I got the form from the company to fill the same and send to the concerned authority in order to resolve the problem. But the problem was that I got their mail on time but I didn?t check my mail box from last few days, so I was unable to send them in advance..Thank god I check my mail box just before one day of the last date of submission of the form in the evening but now another problem arises as to what to fill in the form as language was not understanding by me and it was the last day, I don?t know what to do, how to do, from whom I took the help and so many questions arising in my mind. Then I thought that I must contact the customer care dept of IX Web hosting as they mention on their site that they are available 24 hrs a day for their clients to help them. With this another ques. arises in my mind with some smile on my face if I contact them at this time in the mid of the night at 2?o clock, is their supporting staff really available. There are so many web hosting and other companies who said at the time of purchasing their package that we are always there for you, for your help, you don?t need to worry for anything and many other convenience statements in order to satisfy their customers, so that they will buy their package... I don?t think so they are really available...But you know what when I call them at 2?o clock in the night timings, one of their customer care rep pick my call, listen my problem with utmost care and told me to contact him on live chat..I do the same and he guide me step by step i.e. each and every entry he discuss with me and let me know the correct place or column where to fill that particular entry. There are around 40 entries which I have to fulfil in their form, so the whole process takes almost 4 hrs i.e. by 6?o clock in the morning my form was completely filled and I submit the same to the concerned authority...Finally my form was completed with the required entries and I got released from the tension of sending the form on time..The thing which I like most here is that their rep are also available in the mid of the night, they attend me in a good manner, they behave very well, shows patience and interest in my problem, try to resolve it as early as possible and finally resolve it also..Very good work IX Web hosting...Keep it up and always offer such excellent services in future also.
